The new film from ‘Slumdog Millionaire’ director Danny Boyle closed the BFI London Film Festival in style.
‘127 Hours’ documents the true story of Aron Ralston, the American mountain climber who was trapped by a boulder in Robbers Roost, Utah for nearly five days in May 2003.
James Franco stars as Ralston in an utterly compelling performance, forcing the audience to laugh and cry at the situations he finds himself in.
Although at times not for those who are squeamish at the sight of blood, the film portrays an incredible tale in a well-crafted, and exciting, manner.
